Team RBG was founded as an organization in 2024. The organization was established on the principle of Pan-Afrikanism. Pan-Afrikanism is an ideology that aims to encourage and strengthen bonds of solidarity historically and culturally between continental Afrikan people along with all people of Afrikan descent all over the world. As such, Team RBG seeks to contribute the creation of self reliant Black communities globally that live and work on the principle that live and work on the principle that Black people have the singular duty to empower themselves unto Global Afrikan Sovereignty.
